These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of VibeTracker. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

VibeTracker is operated by Keegan Gaffney. These terms apply to all visitors, account holders, and contributors.

VibeTracker is a public sentiment-tracking product for AI models and related tools. It may include rankings, comments, sentiment data, exploration tools, and account features.

The service may change over time, including adding, removing, or modifying features without prior notice.

• You are responsible for using the service lawfully and only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law.
• If you create or use an account, you are responsible for activity associated with that account.
• You must not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.

You agree not to misuse VibeTracker. This includes not doing any of the following:

• Posting unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, infringing, or deceptive content.
• Submitting spam, coordinated manipulation, automated abuse, or attempts to distort public sentiment data.
• Interfering with the service, bypassing rate limits, probing for vulnerabilities, or attempting unauthorized access.
• Using the service to violate another person’s rights, privacy, or security.

You may be able to submit ratings, comments, and other content to the service. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant VibeTracker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, modify for formatting or moderation purposes, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

• You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content.
• You must not submit content that infringes intellectual property or other legal rights.
• VibeTracker may remove, moderate, restrict, or refuse content at its discretion.

The VibeTracker service, branding, design, software, and site content other than user submissions are owned by or licensed to VibeTracker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not give you ownership of the service or any right to use VibeTracker trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.

VibeTracker presents community-generated sentiment and related information for general informational purposes. Rankings, ratings, comments, and model data may be incomplete, outdated, subjective, inaccurate, or unavailable.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeTracker and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

If liability cannot be excluded entirely, the total liability of VibeTracker and its operator for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will be limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid, if any, to use the service during the 12 months before the claim arose.

VibeTracker may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, including if misuse, abuse, legal risk, or operational concerns arise.

You may stop using the service at any time.

The service may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication, analytics, hosting, and external websites. VibeTracker is not responsible for third-party services or content outside its control.

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent another jurisdiction’s mandatory law applies.
